1. You can log in to the Doo Prime User Center, find the account for which you have forgotten the password, and then click the gear-like icon in the upper right corner to reset the password.
2. Click "Reset Password", choose "Phone Verification" or "Email Verification", click “Verify”, and press "Next Step" after receiving the verification code.
3. Select the type of password you want to reset, reset a new password with a combination of 8-15 digits and letters, enter the new password again, and press OK. After resetting the password, you will be verified through mail or mobile phone, and then you can activate the new password.
